At Luigi Carts Disposable, we are committed to delivering quality disposable vape products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we do offer returns or replacements for damaged or defective items, subject to the conditions below.


1. Final Sale Policy

All disposable vape products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item is defective upon arrival

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess your claim and may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • Store credit (if the item is out of stock)

Note: Items showing signs of misuse, tampering, or excessive wear will not be eligible for return or replacement.


3. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order details. We will cover the cost of shipping the correct product to you.


4. No Refunds for Customer Error

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Changing your mind after the order is placed

  • Incorrect address entered during checkout (unless caught and updated before shipping)

Please double-check your order and shipping information before finalizing your purchase.


5. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is authorized (in rare exceptions), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.


6. Refund Timeline

 

Approved refunds (in the form of store credit or replacement) will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and review your claim.
